Announcements: January 31, 2020 • 11th & 12th grade Academic Awards will be the library today. Report to your WIN class first, then go to the Library. • Attention Freshmen, Class ring orders will be taken on Friday Feb. 7, during lunches and after school from 3:10-4:10 in the Media Center. Sales ends on February 12th. • Tuesday, February 4th, freshman class will be hosting a pop-a-shot during the girls basketball during half time. Videos to come soon with more info, but we encourage all students to participate!! • GIRLS GAME next Tuesday in Beaverton is FREE for 7-12 grade students. BOYS GAME next Wednesday in Meridian: there will be a FREE student fan bus to game. Students will need to pay $5 game ticket. If you are not able to cover cost of game ticket and want to go, see Ms. Johnston TIME TO REPRESENT, BLEACHER CREATURES!! • DRESS CODE REMINDERS: We have seen an increase of students wearing hoods and hats in building, a violation of dress code. • JUNIOR HIGH STUDENTS are reminded to stay safe by not running in the hallways. Thank you for walking to avoid any accidents. • 7th and 8th graders: The last day to turn in permission slips for the candy bars sales has been extended to today. We are low on the amount of sales this year, so if you do not want to pay for your field trips you can still sell the candy bars to cover your ticket cost. Please see Ms. Coughlin or Mrs. Hubble if you need another permission slip. • The criminal justice CTE class thanks you for taking the pledge to drive safely this winter and committing to always wearing your safety belt. Results of the social media contest are being tabulated and the winning school will be announced next week.
